Classified Supervisory & Leadership Course | 09/16/2024 - 09/18/2024

Must be currently employed by the Riverside County Sheriff's Office as a classified manager, supervisor, or lead. The first part of the three-day course offers advanced leadership skills in the following subject areas: leadership principles, situational leadership, working with different personalities (Myers Briggs asessment), and leading with emotional intelligence (Emotional Intelligence assesment) which will need to be completed prior to the first day of the course. This course also offers an overview of the professional standards bureau, personnel investigations, performance improvement programs, memorandums of discussion, and employee evaluations. 

*Students will be asked to enroll in the two day Crucial Accountability class in order to receive a full certificate. This class will be offered on 6/25/24 & 6/26/24 or 10/2/24 & 10/3/24.

Part I of the course is on 9/16/24 thru 9/18/24, part II of the course is enrolling in the two day Crucial Accountability Class (6/25/24-6/26/24, or 10/2/24-10/3/24)

NOTE: Tuition is due 10 days prior to start of class. If payment is not received, you will be dropped from the class. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the first day of class will result in loss of tuition.
