Must be currently employed by a law enforcement or public safety agency.

*YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN SEMI-AUTO SHOTGUN TO ATTEND THIS COURSE*

This course will provide students with the basic skills and knowledge necessary to safely and tactically deploy a semi-auto shotgun. This course is the required training for Riverside County Sheriff’s Department members wishing to utilize an optional tactical semi-auto shotgun in the field, per DM # 13-106.

• All attendees shall arrive in duty uniform
• Duty Sidearm
• Semi-Auto Shotgun with Sling
• Duty Sam Browne
• Ballistic Vest or Tactical Vest i.e., plate carrier
• Eye Protection
• Ear Protection
• *200 rounds of 00 buck
• *250 rounds of slug
• *150 rounds of handgun
*RSD personnel will be provided ammo

• Hat with brim or bill
• Sun Block
• Snacks
• Water
