POST Supervisory Course (80 hrs) | 01/23/2023 - 02/03/2023
Must be currently employed by a law enforcement / public safety agency. This course is designed to provide new sworn supervisors with the skills for better communication and to show various styles and trends of supervision. The course includes definitions of current supervisory styles, thoughts, and components of leadership. Topics include problem solving, stress management, liability, discipline, and critical incident management. You will earn 4.0 units of college credits.
