Registration
Please complete the following registration form. All fields are required. Submit a new form for each course you would like to attend.
No registration will be taken via telephone; all registrations must be made on-line in the form below. All training cancellations must be made via email to debi.bonaiuto@fire.ca.gov 48 hours prior to the class.
Confirmation of enrollment in the class will be emailed to the email address provided. If a course does not have a minimum number of participants, RTP reserves the right to cancel.
